A fine, elegant wine with a good balance between fruit, acidity and aromas. Superb light golden colour, citrus and pearskin aromas, hint of warm brioche, evolving towards more exotic flavours. A versatile wine capable of charming a fresh foie gras and offering true Gascon resistance to a lobster from Brittany.
