This sparkling wine was elaborated following the Charmat method - the secondfermentation took place in a sealed stainless-steel tank for four weeks with selected yeasts and sugar added to the base wine. This process is geared up to obtain maximum fruit flavour intensity while preserving natural acidity and aroma. Pale lemon with green hints. The nose reveals aromas of citrus fruits, apple and pear combined with some floral notes. This sparkling wine offers fine bubbles and is ideal as an aperitif or with seafood.
